Alongside Director Stephen Gregg, they’ve built a team and business grounded in reliability and genuine partnerships, whilst their hands-on leadership ensures that every project delivers real value to clients.

Our in-house team plays a key role in delivering across every stage of a client’s project. From early planning through to completion, we have dedicated professionals in estimating, design management, procurement, and construction who work together to ensure projects run smoothly. Our directors remain closely involved in the delivery process, providing hands-on leadership and oversight throughout.

At head office, the leadership team is supported by our estimating department, in-house design managers, and construction managers who coordinate with our site teams. On the ground, project managers are backed by site managers, foremen, and contract administrators—each bringing valuable knowledge and experience to their role.
